This past weekend, the Shop-Ware team joined industry leaders at ASTA Expo 2025, connecting with shop owners committed to taking their businesses, and customer experiences,to the next level. Sharing booth #35 with partners Protractor, Shop Boss, Autoshop Solutions, and 360 Payments, our team spent the weekend engaging with shops eager to challenge the status quo of the auto repair industry. From one-on-one conversations to live demos of our shop management platform, it was inspiring to see how many shops are actively looking to build stronger relationships with their customers, streamline operations, and break free from the “norm” of traditional repair experiences. The energy at the booth was electric, as owners shared stories, asked questions, and explored tools to modernize their businesses.

A highlight of the event was the session “Layers of Customer Success: Reimagining the Customer Experience,” led by Ruth Wisniewski from Vehlo and Jessica Watkins from Autoshop Solutions. Their discussion of exercises like the “moment of truth” served as a reminder that every touch point—from discovery to vehicle pickup—matters when creating memorable customer experiences.

Discussing Ways to Improve The Motorist Experience

Adding another layer to our presence at ASTA Expo, Shop-Ware sponsored two on-site recordings of the Changing the Industry podcast, featuring our partner 360 Payments. These episodes highlighted the new consumer financing platform and the benefits of integrated payments, giving shop owners helpful insights on how to improve payment options and customer convenience.
